Luxel provides 100nm Parlyene/ 100nm Aluminum standard filters that fits into Princeton Instrument’s PI-MTE X-ray imaging systems. With a 32mm x 32mm aperture, the filter offer high soft x-ray transmission and excellent visible light rejection. The vented filter is durable for normal vacuum system operation. Filters are currently installed and operating in these camera systems throughout the world.
PI’s smallest scientific high-sensitivity, thermoelectrically cooled PI-MTE camera systems are designed to operate inside a vacuum chamber to -50 0C temp without any interruptions and contain a special back-illuminated CCD without anti-reflection coating. The PI-MTE can directly detect ultra-low energy X-rays (< 30 eV) and deliver 16-bit dynamic range.
